Biographie de Barry Keoghan
Acteur irlandais né le 18 octobre 1992 à Dublin, Barry Keoghan grandit dans le quartier populaire de Summerhill après le décès de sa mère et passe sept ans dans treize foyers d'accueil avant d'être élevé par sa grand-mère. Il fait ses débuts télévisés dans la série *Love/Hate* (2013), puis s'impose à l'international en 2017 avec *Dunkerque* de Christopher Nolan et *Mise à mort du cerf sacré* de Yórgos Lánthimos, aux côtés de Colin Farrell et Nicole Kidman. Il intègre ensuite l'univers Marvel dans *Les Éternels* (2021) et incarne brièvement le Joker dans *The Batman* (2022). C'est *Les Banshees d'Inisherin* (2022) de Martin McDonagh qui lui vaut sa première nomination aux Oscars, au BAFTA et aux Golden Globes dans la catégorie meilleur second rôle. *Saltburn* (2023) d'Emerald Fennell confirme son statut avec une nouvelle nomination aux Golden Globes en meilleur acteur. Il est père d'un fils, Brando, né en 2022.
